Because in MOP season 1 before wardrobes the enchant was only 2200+ and it was called “Bloody dancing steel or Spirit of conquest” Back in MOP there used to Be teams + Battlegrounds for the ladder aka Vengeance, reckoning etc. Webeven if you have the enchant on a scroll or the bloody dancing steel/ spirit of conquest. they will not give you the illusion unless you have achieved duelist in s14/15. there's countless threads and posts on the wow forums complaining about this issue, about people who got the rating & enchants requirements from 2.2k through rbgs.

And Mongoose/DS seems to proc more often than mark (subjective). No comments regarding EF, didn't test it.
