A competition is called a fleadh cheoil (flah kyol), or fleadh for short. WebMairi toured with the Fèis Fhoirt Cèilidh Trail (run by Feisean nan Gaidheal) performing at over 30 events during a three-week period including concerts, festivals, sessions and private events and recording an album which was released in 2024.
