WebIn classic, we don't even know when BWL is being released. There's basically 0 incentive to continue raiding once you get gear. The raid is literally able to be full cleared in 17 mins. I don't see loot council working very well at all, especially if you joined a random guild at the start of classic and didn't know them ahead of time.
