You can do this manually however trying to see if there's a way to role it out globally. Not sure if Azure AD has GPO support. WebbStep 5 can be automated, but it's a bit painful. There are PowerShell scripts that can join a system to Azure AD. It requires generating deployment keys and such. Keep in mind that OneDrive is for One Person. SharePoint is for Shared files. We use Teams Files tab, which has a handy 'sync' button to make shared files available on the local device.
